Seeking massive Knicks Superfans in New York City for a paid commercial for a tech brand.
We're looking for friends, families, firefighters, nurses, and people engaged with & servicing their community. Feel free to share! No previous acting experience needed.
Usage Buyout: $3,500
Usage buyout fees will only be paid if the talent is featured and recognizable in the final edit.
MEDIA: All Media (including industry events such as Meta Connect, Cannes, CES, AdWeek etc. and any events attended by or sponsored by advertisers, etc) MATERIALS: Materials are inclusive of unlimited edits, lifts & versions TERRITORY: Worldwide (Broadcast is NA only) TERM: 1 year from 1st use date Perpetual worldwide rights for paid and non-paid PR, archival / historical retention, and non-paid industrial use for the client, campaign vendors (including, but not limited to archival and historical uses, behind the scenes, presentations, industry events, recruiting content, press and public relations materials, award submissions and social media channels.
EXCLUSIVITY: During the term, Talent shall be exclusive to Meta in the Exclusive Categories (defined below) and agrees not to render any services in connection with third-party paid brand deals, paid brand partnerships, paid social programming, any paid event and/or press activities, or otherwise endorse, sponsor, partner, or post about, for, or behalf of, or in connection with any products and/or services in the Exclusive Categories.
● “Exclusive Categories" shall mean any of the following: social media or communications apps
Special Considerations: Meta is not a signatory to any union or guild that has jurisdiction over talent's services. Talent's services are not subject to the terms and conditions of any union, guild or collective bargaining agreement.
Artificial Intelligence: During the Term and in the Territory, Talent grants Meta an irrevocable, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use and exploit Talent’s name, voice, likeness, biographical information and other indicia of Talent’s identity (collectively, “Talent's Likeness”) and the Materials in the Approved Media and in the Territory for the duration of the Term in connection with Meta’s marketing—these rights include but are not limited to the right to reproduce, publish, make publicly accessible, broadcast, distribute, adapt, translate, modify and to edit the Materials and Talent’s Likeness, in whole or in part, by any process known or unknown including but not limited to artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence or synthetic-media technology may not be used to create or alter a digital replica of Talent, depict Talent saying or doing anything Talent did not actually say or do, or create new content using Talent’s Likeness without Talent’s prior written consent.
